The dog paddock can only be booked by appointment through our online booking system.
You must book before arriving at the paddock.
The appointment slot includes the change over period, ie getting from your car to paddock and back again at the end. Appointments are back to back so please allow enough time to do this so you don’t encroach on the next person’s slot. Please be aware that their dogs may be nervous/reactive and give them plenty of room.
The booking cannot be transferred to another person. The person making the booking must be present at the appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund but may be re-booked on another date.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice can be refunded or re-booked.
No refunds will be given due to not turning up or arriving late.
No refunds given due to weather however if the weather poses a risk to clients either getting to us or whilst there then we may close the field and issue a refund.
In the unlikely event that we have to close the field for emergency repairs we will refund or client can re-book.
Arrival and Departure
The gate code will be in your booking confirmation email.
Do not arrive more than five minutes before your session. If there is somebody else in the field please stay in your car. This is VERY important as the other dogs may be nervous or reactive.
The gate to the paddock must be securely shut when you leave whether somebody is waiting or not to ensure that only clients who have the code can use the field. If the previous appointment stays beyond your start time please call me on 07776 257 286.
All dogs must be on a lead in the parking area. Leads may not come off until they are in the paddock and the gate is closed.
If you are late for your session you must still leave at the appointed time.
Visitors must ensure that the gates to paddock and parking area are secure at all times and not tell the gate code to any other person.
Codes may change at any time.
Health and Safety
The client has exclusive use of the paddock for their allocated time slot. All people coming with the client must adhere to our terms and conditions. Failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave and not book again.
Please respect our neighbours do not shout, play music or allow your dogs to bark excessively.
Do not allow your dogs to dig holes or chew or damage equipment.
Dogs should not be left unattended either in parked cars or the paddock.
We permit smoking and vaping whilst using the paddock but would ask that you use the specially designated bins for ash and buts. DO NOT LITTER.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No drones, kites or high flying objects.
No inflammable or explosive products or ones that produce offensive smells, CFC’s or any oil, gas or electrical apparatus.
No barbeques.
Only dogs that know each other are permitted to use the paddock together unless it is a dog training session organised by a professional dog trainer. Please have the mobile you booked on hand if you need to be contacted in the case of an emergency.
Do not climb fences or gates.
Do not sit on equipment designed for dogs.
Do not bring you dog to the paddock if it has been unwell in the last 48 hours.
Poo Policy & Litter
Please pick up your own dog’s poo. We provide biodegradable bags for you to use and place in bin provided.
If you do happen across a poo that someone else has missed, we kindly ask you to pick it up. By doing this it will help to keep the field clean for all users.
Don’t leave broken toys or litter behind.
Dangerous breeds
XL Bully dogs may use the field only if:
They are registered with the Index of Exempted Dogs (IED), have a life certificate and you can present it on request.
Public liability insurance is in place and you can present the certificate on request.
They are neutered, microchipped, and always accompanied by a 1:1 handler.
They remain on a lead and muzzled until inside the secured field, and are re-muzzled and leashed before leaving.
Leads and muzzles may be removed only once inside the fully locked field.
If multiple dogs from the same household visit, the banned breed must have its own handler. Additional dogs must be supervised by another household member. Multiple banned breeds may attend together if each has a separate handler.
Disclaimers
Clients must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for them and their dogs. There may be areas of rutted pasture and other trip hazards that you should be aware of. Whilst we have made every endeavour to make our property as safe as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any accident to clients or their dogs whilst using the parking area or paddock.
You are responsible for the actions and behaviour of you dogs at all times.
You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dogs or to your dogs.
The paddock is surrounded by a close mesh 6’ fence which we check regularly however we cannot guarantee it is escape proof. We will not be held responsible for any escapees.

Parking in the car park is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to people or vehicles.
It is a condition of anyone using the dog exercise paddock and parking at The Isle that the client has read and agreed to abide by the rules set out on this web site.
Dogs are unpredictable and may be dangerous. We recommend clients take out the appropriate insurance to cover personal injury, third parties and injuries to the dog.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is agreed that neither The Isle Estate, its members, employees, agents and representatives, nor Edward and Rosalind Tate are responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused to any person or property (including under contract, by negligence, product liability or otherwise) whether they be direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential resulting from the use of the facilities at The Isle.
The Isle Estate has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and must obey instructions.
Any injury must be reported by email as must any breakages to equipment.
